Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

For bulky items such as battery packs or solar panels, a flat freight fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment via the courier's website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

56 Series industrial connectors and small electrical parts ship within New Zealand from $9.95. Free NZ delivery applies when eligible 56 Series connector items in the order total $99 or more. Bulky items, batteries, power stations, solar panels and extension leads may use separate shipping rules.
